食品药物用途:茯苓,主化湿之力,兼宁心神、健脾胃,药性平和; 山药,滋肺脾之阴,健脾养胃,但单独多食略微滋腻; 薏苡仁,祛湿清热之力突出,但性寒易伤阴,故与山药搭配,平衡二者偏性。
三白相合,补气健脾且不滋腻,化痰湿而不伤阴。

适合与禁忌:孕妇不建议饮用(主要是含生薏苡仁的缘故)女性生理期,建议减少或去掉薏苡仁用量,也可用炒薏苡仁孩子可以饮用只喝水,药材最好不要同食三白净茶可以重复煮
