食品药物用途:1、鸡头米:健脾祛湿鸡头米,即新鲜芡实,也被称为南芡。鸡头米颗粒饱满圆厚,色泽白嫩盈润,滋味清糯弹牙,自带江南恬静柔和之美。芡实有“水中人参”的美誉。其性味甘、平淡,有祛湿邪之力,且不耗伤津液。芡实归脾、肾经,同时能双补脾肾。芡实补中去湿,性又不燥,故能去邪水而补真水。——《本草从新》中医认为,脾喜燥而恶湿气。而芡实性质温和,有益气健脾的好处,能巧妙地把脾胃中的水湿邪气排出,同时能补益人体需要的津液。同时,芡实有收敛之性,能益肾固精,对于腰膝酸软、小便频数、白浊带下等问题有固护收敛的作用。
