食品药物用途:山药入肺、脾、肾三经,既能补中益气、滋阴润肺,亦能入肾填精,濡养且不滋腻,可缓解燥性,尤其适宜秋季食用。

板栗有很好的补肾气、强健腰脚之功,对于腰脚不利的人群来说,尤适宜食用。

桂圆有补心脾、养血安神作用,可以治疗心脾两虚,且不容易滋腻。日常劳心劳神、思虑忧愁,是容易暗耗心血的,若需养血,桂圆则是很好的选择。

需要注意的是,山药和栗子有滞气之弊,建议加些陈皮来行气。

适合与禁忌:如果正处于气滞腹胀的时候,不宜食此羹
